Open-shelf markets are perfect for closed populations like office buildings — people check themselves out and shrink stays remarkably low.

But in semi-public or high-traffic environments — apartment lobbies, fitness centers, dealership service lanes — adding a smart-locked AI kiosk is the right call. Members tap to unlock, and any unauthorized open is logged and alerted.

Most of our deployments combine both: an open market for variety with a locked smart kiosk for premium or higher-shrink items.
